What to Do When Pulled Over

You're booted off the bud, and you decide to head off to the roads in your whip. If you're smart, you'll do little things like drive slower, keep the music low, and the windows up. But what do you do if you're actually pulled over? What rights do you have?

- As long as you follow some guidelines, if an officer asks if he can search your car, you DO NOT have to give consent.

- If you did not give consent to have your vehicle searched, and an officer searches anyway, you cannot be prosecuted, or be found guilty for anything found in the vehicle.

How I Started Smoking

I was ten years old, back in 2001, going with my cousin to spend the weekend at my aunts house in Opa Locka, Florida. One night, me and my cousin were just staying up late playing Twisted Metal: Black; my aunt comes out of her room, and tells us to go outside to the porch with her. We went with her, sat down, and I saw her lighting up something that looked like a cigarette. It was actually a nice fat joint. She sparked it up, and passed it around between her, myself, and my cousin. Without question, we kept it a happy secret between us (until now I guess).

Surprisingly, the second person to ever spark me up was my mother. Right on the highway, she's toking hits from a nice blue spiral bowl. After taking a hit, she looks at me, and offers the bowl. We smoke, talk junk, and cruise on the highway, listening to some music on the radio.

It took me to reach about 16 or 17 to start smoking bud on a regular basis. And now at this point, at 18 years old, I smoke bud every day now, or at most, every other day.
